Finished work, already paid for.
We bring you a complete model with every measurement on it, the stones specified, and a customer who has already paid and is waiting. There is no quoting, no chasing and no drawing up a CAD from a photograph somebody sent at midnight. Pieces are offered to every partner at once; you take the ones you want and pass on the rest, and passing costs you nothing.
What you are agreeing to, said up front.
A piece with nothing of the buyer in it can come back for a full refund within thirty days — we carry that, and you are still paid for your work. A piece carrying the buyer’s own words — an inscription, a monogram, a name cut from sheet — cannot be sold to anybody else, so we promise them a remake instead of a refund: the same metal, the same stones, made again by you at no charge until it is right. That is the obligation to price into your quote, and you accept it in writing, by name, before a single order is offered to you.
Every offer names the terms that piece carries, so there is never one you learn about afterwards.
