- What is Ayin?
- Ayin (fromayin.com) makes personalised pendants: a name, an initial, your own words or a photo, engraved or cut out of the metal and hung on a chain. You choose a pendant or describe your own, see it at once in 3D, change the metal and size, and it is made by hand by a master jeweller and delivered to you.
- What metals does Ayin use?
- Sterling silver or 9, 14 or 18 karat gold in yellow, white or rose. Every pendant is solid metal, never plated over a base metal, and white gold is finished with rhodium for its bright white.
- How much does a pendant cost?
- Every pendant shows its price on its page before you order, and the price changes with the metal and size you choose: sterling silver costs least, and gold depends on its karat and the day's gold price. For example, the name necklace starts from A$421.21.
- Where does Ayin deliver, and how long does it take?
- Ayin delivers to Australia for now. Each pendant is made to order, and its arrival date is shown before you pay. Once it is made, delivery takes up to 5 working days. Delivery is insured.
- What if something is wrong with my pendant?
- If anything’s wrong, we’ll make it right. If your piece arrives damaged or not as you designed it, tell us within 14 days and we’ll refund you in full. If anything fails because of how it was made, within 12 months, we’ll repair or remake it free, or refund you if it can’t be fixed.
- Can I return a pendant if I change my mind?
- Changed your mind? We’ll remake it. Every piece is made just for you, so we don’t refund a change of mind. Instead, within 30 days of delivery, we’ll remake your piece once into a new design, using the same gold and stones. Resizing is included.
